This is not a referral program. You represent SRWorks directly, carry our brand, and own the full sales process from first conversation to signed contract.

You need to understand people, know how to build urgency, and know how to ask for a signature.

We're not a tech firm that read a few articles about construction. We've run the company your prospects are running. What You Are Selling

SRWorks builds AI automation systems for construction and home service companies doing $3M to $20M in annual revenue. We eliminate the manual, repetitive work that eats their margins, including estimating, scheduling, dispatch, and job documentation.

A typical client moving through all three phases represents $53,000–$100,000 in first year contract value.

Your Earning Potential

  • Closed project contracts (Assessment + Quick Win Build): 30% of total contract value, paid within 14 days of client invoice payment.
  • Ongoing monthly retainers: 15% of monthly retainer value, paid every month for as long as the client remains active.

You close it, you earn it. Simple as that.

Example Scenario

You close a remodeling company on an Assessment ($8,500) plus a Quick Win Build ($25,000), and they move to a $4,000/month retainer.

Two clients like that in a year is $34,500 in commissions. Three is $51,750. And the retainer income keeps compounding as long as those clients stay active.

The Sales Process

  1. You identify and qualify a prospect from your existing network or outbound activity.
  2. You run the initial discovery conversation using SRWorks materials.
  3. For prospects who want a technical deep dive, SRWorks joins a second call to answer detailed questions and help close.
  4. You present the proposal and get the signature.
  5. Commission is calculated and paid within 14 days of the client's first invoice payment.

Agreement Terms

  • Territory: Oregon and agreed Pacific Northwest region, defined per representative to prevent overlap.
  • Exclusivity: Non-exclusive. You may represent other products and services, provided they do not directly compete with SRWorks AI consulting.
  • Commission protection: Commissions apply to all contracts signed within 12 months of your first introduction, even if a prospect takes time to decide.
  • Clawback policy: Once a client has been active for 90 days, your commission is yours and will not be clawed back. For cancellations within the first 90 days, commissions on undelivered work are forfeited and commissions on completed work are retained.
  • Residual protection: Your retainer commission continues for the life of every client you closed, as long as you remain an active representative in good standing.
  • Term: 12 months, renewing automatically. Either party may exit with 30 days written notice, no friction.
